Refund Policy for Appointment Booking Service
We do not offer refunds for appointment bookings. However, we understand that things happen, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your appointment.
Replacement Booking Policy for Products
We offer a replacement booking policy for products purchased through our appointment booking service. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it for a replacement within 14 days of purchase.
